The Moon
Last Quarter occurs on 5th at h 3-23 I.S.T.
New Moon occurs on 12th h 1-21 I.S.T.
First Quarter occurs on 19th at h 22 -57 I.S.T.
Full Moon occurs on 27th at h 14 -57 I.S.T.
  
The Lunar Crescent becomes first visible after the New Moon day in the evening of 13th.
The Moon is at Perigee or nearest to the Earth on 6th, and 31st, and at Apogee or farthest from the Earth on 19th.

The Moon passes about 3½º South of Saturn on 2nd, about 6º North of Neptune on 10th, about 2º north of Mercury on 11th, about 6½º North of Venus on 11th, about 5º North of Mars on 12th, about 4º north of Uranus on 13th, 1½º south of Jupiter on 18th and about 3½º south of Saturn after local midnight of 30th.

The Earth
The Earth is at Vernal Equinox on 20th.

The Planets
Visibility of Planets :
Mercury: The planet is too close to the sun to be visible till 10th of the month, being in Inferior Conjunction on 4th. Thereafter it rises about 1 hour to 1½ hours before sunrise and remains visible till the beginning of morning twilight for the remaining days of the month. The motion of the planet is Direct with respect to the Earth on 18th.
Venus: The planet is too close to the Sun to be visible throughout the month, being in Superior Conjunction on 28th.
Mars: The planet is too close to the sun to be visible throughout the month.
Jupiter: The planet sets around local midnight time in the beginning of the month, thereafter it sets before local midnight time throughout the month. It sets around local midnight time to ½ hour before it upto first quarter of the month, about ½ hour to 1 hour before it upto third quarter of the month and about 1 hour to 1½ hours before it for the remaining days of the month.
Saturn: The planet rises before local midnight and remains visible till the beginning of morning twilight throughout the month. It rises about 2 hours to 2½ hours before local midnight upto first quarter of the month, about 2½ hours to 3 hours before it upto second quarter of the month, about 3 hours to 3½ hours before it upto third quarter of the month and about 3½ hours to 4 hours before it for the remaining days of the month.
Uranus: The planet sets about 2 hours to 1½ hours after sunset upto first quarter of the month, about 1½ hours to 1 hour after it upto second quarter of the month, about 1 hour to ½ hour after it upto third quarter of the month. Thereafter it becomes too close to the Sun to be visible for the remaining days of the month, being in Conjunction with the Sun on 29th.
Neptune: The planet is too close to the Sun to be visible upto first quarter of the month. Thereafter it rises about ½ hour to 1 hour before sunrise upto second quarter of the month, about 1 hour to 1½ hours before it upto third quarter of the month and about 1½ hours to 2 hours before it for the remaining days of the month.
Conjunction of Planets :
Mercury passes about 5½º North of Venus on 6th.
Mars passes very close to Uranus on 22nd.
Jupiter passes about 5º North of Aldebaran (Rohini) on 24th.
Venus passes about ½º South of Uranus on 28th.
